Once your assignment has been completed by our writer, you’ll receive an email notification alerting you that the content is ready. You may choose to have it delivered to you via email, or directly posted on your website (recommended).
This is the best way to deliver your content because it allows us to make sure that the content is being published correctly to ensure maximum results. Whether you want us to publish long-form content (e.g., Blogs) or short-form content (e.g., LinkedIn articles, social media written content, or contributions to online forums in your field), we would need access to publish everything on your behalf. If this is something that you are interested in, please let your dedicated content manager know through your online portal.
Of course! We prefer to have you involved with the topic generation, because it allows us to write exactly what you are specifically looking for. You may chime in at any time throughout the content writing process.
The best way to give your feedback and input is through your online portal. This is why each and every one of our clients has a dedicate content manager.
Upon signing up with Content Cradle, the first step is to schedule your strategy session with us. During this meeting, we will plan out exactly what sort of content you’re looking for, and we’ll get a chance to brainstorm the first batch of topics.
After the strategy session, we will begin our research and finalize the initial list of topics that have the best opportunity to rank online. We will then reach out to you with these topics, and after we get your “Okay,” we will begin crafting the content. It’s that simple.
If you have any topics in mind that you wish to share with us, please feel free! We will include those topics in the research stage and let you know if they’re worth investing in.
We make it easy for you to work with us. Although, you must choose a monthly subscription package in order to work with Content Cradle, we also allow our customers to make one-time purchases and avoid paying monthly.
The way to make a one-time purchase is to subscribe to our monthly service, and then immediately cancel future months. The good news is that anytime you want to use our service again in the future, you can just reactivate your subscription again (even if it’s for another one-time purchase).
We offer two types of content: Long-Form content and Short-Form content.
For our Long-Form content, we offer 3 blog packages (1000-word blog, 2000-word blog, and 3000-word blog). Determining which package would best suit your needs depends on the competitiveness of the keyword you want to rank for.
For our Short-Form content, we offer 1 package, which includes 4 pieces of short articles that range from 250-500 words each. This package performs tremendously well on social media sites and online forums, because it generates quick results, such as, social shares and engagement from your network.
If you are looking for a specific word count, please ask us about a custom offer.
All of our posts conform to essential SEO principles that will give them the best possible chance of receiving organic traffic. This means that there’s no keyword stuffing or any other naughty stuff that’s going to get you in Google’s bad books.
Our method of search engine optimization heavily depends on our research stage. We never write blogs that have little-to-no chance of ranking on the first page of search engines, because we reverse engineer the SEO process to make sure we are publishing content that has an opportunity to beat your online competition.
We sure do! We love working with agencies (and offer discounts on multiple subscriptions). If you are an agency that wants to work with Content Cradle, please reach out to us by email or call (747) 241-5754.

In this day and age, if you are not a contributor online, you do not exist. And if you don’t exist, how can you expect potential customers to reach out to you?
The concept of lead generation is simpler than one might think. If the person is in the market for what you’re selling, he or she will be searching online for the best choice to purchase from – and you must be visible online for customers to find you! Publishing content allows your company/firm to be found online. This is why content creations works so well, whether it is a long-form content (e.g., blogs) or short-form content (e.g., social media mini-blogs). Blogging allows you rank online and generate a constant stream of visitors to your website, which is essentially what is needed to attract more leads.
In addition to attracting more leads by being more visible online, blogging has more benefits that convert leads into actual sales. By constantly giving valuable content to your readers, you are:
Establishing yourself as an industry thought leader
Building rapport with them by nurturing your relationship through continuous value-giving.
Allow the customer to sell your product/service to themselves, rather than giving them the feeling of being “sold to”.
Long-form content is what is normally referred to as blogs or online articles. The purposed of long-form content writing is two-fold: to rank on the first page of search engines like Google and to provide an in-depth, value-packed article to your readers. Long-form content is used to build a long-lasting online presence and branding. With long-form content, you are planning for the long term. It takes time for the content to rank on the first page of search engines, but when it does, it floods your website with quality and unique visitors.
Short-form content may be referred to as “mini-blogs”. This is a form of content that is exclusively offered by Content Cradle, and it is extremely effective. The purpose of short-form content isn’t to rank on the first page of search engines. Instead, it is meant to be published on social media networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Quora, Reddit, and industry-specific forums) to gain attention through immediate engagement and sharing. Whereas long-form content is a strategy for long-term success, the purpose of short-form content is to see immediate results.
“Companies that blog have over 430% more indexed pages in Google. And companies with more indexed pages get far more leads.” – Search Engine Journal, November 2016
Google prefers to see websites publish fresh content on a regular basis, so blogging once every few months simply isn’t going to cut it. It’s generally accepted in SEO circles that posting once a week is a happy minimum, but more is obviously better. Blogging gives Google what it’s craving – quality content. The more frequently you publish blogs, the more Google treats your website as a source of high authority, which allows you to rank higher and increase the traffic to your website.
However, you can’t just post any old gibberish and expect to jump to the top spots. Google’s advanced algorithms are getting to the point where they can almost understand the semantic meaning behind words on a page. In real-world terms, this means that they are now starting to evaluate content from the perspective of a human reader (instead of just looking for keywords).
Content Cradle is not just a content writing company, it is a content marketing company. There is a slight but clear difference between them.
Content writers will write what you want them to write. Nothing less, nothing more. They charge a certain fee per word, or may even charge hourly, but it is up to the company/firm to tell them exactly what they want. They might charge for optimization, but it will be very basic, therefore ineffective, because they are only writers and not SEO experts.
This is where Content Cradle shines. We are not just writers. We are the fusion of content writing and true SEO (which includes much more than simply focusing on keywords). Though you may suggest blog topics and make suggestions on what you want us to write, we do not depend on it. The reason why our content works unbelievably well is because we have a special formula of reverse-engineering the blogging entire process that allows every one of our blogs to rank on the first page. We never write just to write. We write only when we see an opportunity that we can write and rank for.
Content Cradle is also the only content writing/marketing company that incorporates short-form content writing. Many of our clients have hired us just for this, because it works unbelievable well in yielding immediate results on social media platforms.
